In 2013, the Company and Coeur Rochester Inc. settled a dispute over certain mineral claims, and as a result, Rye Patch US retained a 3.4 percent Net Smelter Return (NSR) on production from the Rochester Mine located in Pershing County, Nevada, in proximity to the Oreana trend. The royalty is capped at 39.4 million silver equivalent ounces. Payment on the royalty commenced January 1, 2014, and is payable quarterly.
